She is a Peruvian national. She holds a Law Degree from the University of Piura, Peru; a Master's Degree in Law from the University of Navarra, Spain; a research stay on the Social State and Public Administration at the University of Münster, in Münster, Germany; and a PhD in Law from the University of Navarra, Spain with the thesis entitled "The protection of fundamental rights in social benefits: relevance of the organization and procedure", under the direction of Dr. Ángel J. Gómez Montoro and qualified as outstanding CUM LAUDE.

She has been a member of the teacher training program at the University of Piura, Peru and a scholar of different national and foreign institutions. She has been a full-time researcher at the Centro de Investigaciones Jurídico-Políticas of the Universidad Autónoma de Tlaxcala; full-time professor of the Law Department of the Universidad de las Américas Puebla; and Director of Faculty Development of the School of Social Sciences and Government of the Tec de Monterrey.

She is the author of the book Derechos fundamentales y prestaciones sociales. Una aproximación desde la teoría de la organización y el procedimiento, published by the Centro de estudios políticos y Constitucionales de Madrid, Spain; and is the author of various doctrinal articles in indexed journals, both national and foreign.

She is a member of the Mexican National System of Researchers Level I and a member of the Peruvian Association of Constitutional Law. Her area of expertise is Constitutional Law and she is currently a full time research professor at the Law School of Universidad Panamericana, campus Mixcoac.

He has held various academic positions. At the Universidad Panamericana , he served as Academic Director of the Certificate and Master’s programs in Judicial Law, and he was also Academic Director of the Specialization in Amparo Law. At Tec de Monterrey, he served as Director of the Department of Law, International Relations, and Political Science at the Puebla Campus; he later served as Dean of the School of Social Sciences and Government for the Central-South Region.

He is a member of the Editorial Board of the journal *IUS*, published by the Institute of Legal Sciences in Puebla, Mexico; a Level I member of the National System of Researchers; and was awarded the runner-up prize in the 2011–2012 Nicolás Pérez-Serrano Award, organized by the Center for Political and Constitutional Studies in Madrid for doctoral dissertations.

He holds a bachelor's, master's and doctorate degree in law from Universidad Panamericana, where he also obtained a master's degree in legal sciences. Since 2014 he is a member of the National System of Researchers of CONACYT, SNI-I.

He has more than 25 years teaching the subject of International Trade Law in the Law Degree and Customs Law. He also teaches Unfair International Trade Practices and Customs Law, General Import Tax in the Postgraduate Program in Law.

He is former Chairman of the Foreign Trade Commission of the Colegio de Contadores Públicos de México, A.C.; of the Foreign Trade Commission of the Mexican Bar Association, and of the Mexican Academy of Tax Law.

Author of the books: "La Jurisprudencia y los Derechos Acquiridos. Análisis y propuestas" and "Valoración Aduanera. Causales de rechazo" Coordinator of the works "Manual de Derecho Tributario" and "Derechos de los Contribuyentes" of the Academia Mexicana de Derecho Fiscal Author of multiple studies on tax and foreign trade matters for specialized publications in such matters, both nationally and internationally.

Ari Barrera earned his Ph.D. in Computer Science with a specialization in Intelligent Systems in 2017 from the Tecnológico de Monterrey. He is currently a professor and researcher in the Department of Computer Science within the School of Engineering at the Universidad Panamericana. He previously worked as a software and machine learning engineer at the Big Data Enterprise and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory at the Bristol Business School, University of the West of England. Ari is a Level 1 member of the National System of Researchers and an associate member of the Mexican Academy of Computing. He has 12 scientific publications indexed in journals such as Elsevier and Sensors; the most recent is an article titled “Generating real-world-like labeled synthetic datasets for construction site applications.”

She is the author and co-author of book chapters published by Springer, as well as a reviewer for articles in indexed journals.

Professor Octavio Lozada Flores received his Master's and Doctorate degrees in Materials Science and Engineering from the National Autonomous University of Mexico in 2013 and 2017, respectively.

During his doctoral studies, he received the SECIHTI scholarship for academic excellence and earned his Ph.D. with honors. He conducted postdoctoral research from 2018 to 2020 at the Institute for Materials Research at UNAM.

Since 2018, he has been working at the Universidad Panamericana Mexico, where he has been a Professor and Research Professor in the Faculty of Engineering.

He is currently the Academic Director of Graduate Studies. He is also a member of the National System of Researchers, Level 1 (SECIHTI).

He has published articles in scientific journals indexed in Scopus, such as Thermochimica Acta and Journal of Non-Crystalline Solids, among others.

MINDAUGAS BRIEDIS is a professor of humanities and communication at the School of Communication at the Universidad Panamericana, Mexico City, Mexico.

He earned his Ph.D. (in Philosophy) from the University of Vilnius (Lithuania, 2006) and is the author of more than 40 articles on a wide range of philosophical and sociological topics.

A Fulbright Scholar (2013) and BAFF nominee (2017), he has served as a keynote speaker at the Baltic Congress of Radiology (Lithuania, 2012) and at CONAFIL (Peru, 2023).

Joaquina Niembro holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the UAM, a master’s degree in sustainable development from the Tecnológico de Monterrey, and a Ph.D. from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya. She has more than 15 years of experience in applied sustainability research, specializing in Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and its integration into organizational decision-making. She is a research professor at the National Institute of Technology and Higher Education ( Universidad Panamericana ) and a member of the National System of Researchers (candidate level).

His work focuses on linking scientific knowledge to its implementation in real-world contexts
through the development of methodologies, applied studies, and knowledge transfer projects in
strategic sectors. He has contributed to the design of analytical tools and evaluation frameworks that enable the incorporation of environmental criteria into production processes, policies, and corporate strategies.

She has led applied research projects, including the most recent one, “
” and “Sustainable 2025,” whose findings have helped various organizations realign their
strategies, integrating sustainability as a key pillar of competitiveness and responsibility toward caring for our common home. She is an active contributor to regulatory and industrial standardization initiatives and a columnist for national media outlets, where she translates technical concepts into
content that is accessible to the business community and society at large.

His research focuses on the assessment and transformation of production systems
through the use of LCA as a methodological framework for analyzing socio-environmental impacts and
integrating circular economy principles. From this perspective, he studies corporate sustainability as a transformation process aimed at improving socio-environmental performance through the
development and application of analytical tools that facilitate decision-making toward more responsible and regenerative models.

Professor Esteban Colla-De-Robertis received a Master's degree in Economics from the Universidad de San Andrés (Buenos Aires, 2002), and a Master's degree in Economic Theory and a PhD in Economics from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (2006 and 2009 respectively). Since 2010 he has been working at Universidad Panamericana in Mexico City, where he is a Senior Researcher at the School of Government and Economics. He is also Research Secretary of the School, and is Associate Editor of Springer Nature in Business & Economics.
