Professor María de la Luz Casas Martínez received her Master's degree in Bioethics from Universidad Anáhuac and her PhD in Health Sciences, in the area of Bioethics, from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México in 1995 and 2003, respectively. Since 1996 she has worked at Universidad Panamericana CDMX, where she has been Professor D in the Faculty of Health Sciences. She is currently a Research Professor at CIBUP, Honorary Member of the Bioethics Association of El Salvador, Guatemala, and Honduras. In addition, she is a member of the National System of Researchers, level 1 (through the National Council of Science of Technology of Mexico). In 2017 she was recognized with the National Award in Bioethics, Aesculap. Her publications include 19 volumes and more than 110 articles, which constitute contributions in collective works, encyclopedias and journals. Areas of research interest are: Clinical Bioethics, Conscientious Objection and Transhumanism.

El Profesor Leonardo Ruiz Gómez es licenciado en Filosofía por la Universidad Panamericana y Doctor en Filosofía por la Universidad de Navarra en donde fue reconocido con el premio extraordinario de tesis 2014. Desde el año 2015 labora como Profesor Investigador en la Facultad de Filosofía de la Universidad Panamericana y actualmente es Director de la Licenciatura en Filosofía en esa misma Universidad. Desde el año 2016 pertenece al Sistema Nacional de Investigadores del CONACYT (Nivel I). Es autor del libro: El concepto leibniziano de espacio. La polémica con Clarke y el newtonianismo (EUNSA, 2014) y de diversos artículos especializados. Sus líneas de investigación abarcan la filosofía de la naturaleza, bioética, filosofía de la ciencia, filosofía moderna y metafísica del siglo XVII.

José María Llovet Abascal
Professor José María Llovet received the degrees of Master and Doctor of Philosophy from UNAM and Universidad Panamericana in 2012 and 2017, respectively. In 2009 he received the award for the best undergraduate thesis from the Asociación Filosófica de México.
Since 2009 he has worked at Universidad Panamericana, where he has been a lecturer (2009-2013) and research professor (2014 to date). He is currently Full Research Professor C and Secretary of Research at the Institute of Humanities. He is also a member of the National System of Researchers, in the category of candidate. He has specialized publications indexed in Scopus and a book published in the EUNSA publishing house. His research topics are metaphysics and philosophy of nature in Aristotle.

José Antonio Lozano Díez
Desde noviembre de 2020 es Presidente de la Junta de Gobierno de la Universidad Panamericana y el IPADE de los que fue Rector General. Es abogado por la Universidad Panamericana y Doctor en Derecho por la Universidad de Navarra, cuya defensa de la tesis De la razón de Estado a la razón de mercado mereció la más alta calificación. Es miembro del Sistema Nacional de Investigadores, del CONACYT y egresado del IPADE.
Es profesor titular en la Facultad de Derecho y la Escuela de Gobierno y Economía de la Universidad Panamericana de las materias de Derecho Administrativo, Teoría General de la Política, Estrategia y Liderazgo.
El Dr. Lozano es académico de la Academia Mexicana de Legislación y Jurisprudencia. Coordinador de la Comisión de Ética del Ilustre y Nacional Colegio de Abogados. Recibió el reconocimiento Lo Mejor de la Abogacía en México al mérito académico 2014. Recibió el Doctorado Honoris Causa con el grado Académico de Número y Condecoración de la Orden Mexicana del Derecho, la Cultura y la Paz, otorgada por la Academia Mexicana de Derecho Internacional. Fue Premio ANADE 2018 Francisco Breña Garduño. Recibió la presea Ignacio L. Vallarta en excelencia académica por el Consejo Nacional de la Abogacía. Fue nombrado Socio Honorario del University Club. Es consejero independiente de empresas en la industria automotriz, educativa y financiera.
Bajo su liderazgo, se fundaron la Escuelas de Gobierno y Economía y la de Bellas Artes, se logró la consolidación institucional de los tres campus que componen a la universidad, se multiplicó la investigación científica de la universidad alcanzando el tercer lugar en los prestigiosos rankings QS y The Higher Education y se ha iniciado la construcción del nuevo campus de la Universidad Panamericana, Ciudad UP, en el municipio de Huixquilucan, Estado de México. Se trata de un ambicioso proyecto de más de 300,000 metros cuadrados de construcción que integrará escuelas, laboratorios, un museo, residencias universitarias, un centro empresarial y un hospital.
El Dr. Lozano colabora semalmente en informativo de Joaquín López Dóriga. Escribe columnas de opinión para el diario El Universal, y ha colaborado en Reforma y Excelsior. Tiene una cápsula en el noticiero en los Tiempos de la Radio de Oscar Mario Beteta desde hace varios años. Ha escrito decenas de artículos sobre Derecho público y Management para revistas especializadas. Ha dirigido más de un centenar de tesis de licenciatura y posgrado y es autor de varios libros.

José Alberto Ross Hernández
El Dr. Alberto Ross es Licenciado en Filosofía por la UP, Maestro en Filosofía por la UNAM y Doctor en Filosofía por la Universidad de Navarra y por la UNAM. Realizó estudios de Posdoctorado en el Centre Léon Robin (Universidad de Paris IV-Sorbona) y es egresado del IPADE. Desde 1999, es Profesor de la Facultad Filosofía, del Instituto de Humanidades y del Posgrado en Derecho de la UP. En el 2021, asumió la Dirección del Instituto de Humanidades y la Presidencia de la Asociación Latinoamericana de Filosofía Antigua. Durante el ciclo 2021-22, fue Visiting Scholar del Harvard Center for Hellenic Studies y de la Universidad de Notre Dame.
El Dr. Ross es miembro del SNI de CONACYT nivel 2 y autor de artículos, capítulos y libros especializados en el campo de la Filosofía Antigua entre los que destacan la monografía “Dios, eternidad y movimiento en Aristóteles” y el volumen “Time and Cosmology in Plato and the Platonic Tradition” coeditado con D. Vázquez en la Brill’s Plato Studies Series.

Javier Moreno Espinosa
Es licenciado y maestro en historia por la Universidad Iberoamericana y Doctor en Documentación de la Universidad Complutense de Madrid. En la actualidad se desempeña como profesor-investigador y Secretario de Investigación de la Escuela de Comunicación de la Universidad Panamericana. Es miembro del SNII (nivel I), de la Red Internacional de Historiógrafos de la Comunicación, de la Red de Historiadores de la Prensa y el Periodismo en Iberoamérica y del Consejo Editorial de Balajú. Jaime Olaiz González
Jaime Olaiz González is a research professor of Constitutional Theory, International Law, and U.S. Jurisprudence at the Universidad Panamericana of Universidad Panamericana School of Law, where he has been on the faculty since 1998.
Professor Olaiz-González holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in law from the Universidad Panamericana Mexico), as well as a Master of Laws (LL.M.) and a Doctor of Juridical Science (J.S.D.) from Yale University. He is a member of the National System of Researchers (SNI). He was a Fulbright-García Robles fellow. He has been a visiting professor at Fordham Law School, St. Thomas University (Miami, FL), and the University of Graz (Austria). His publications have appeared in Scopus-indexed academic journals such as Cuestiones Constitucionales and Tópicos, as well as in the Vienna Journal on International Constitutional Law. His research focuses on comparative constitutional law, constitutional change, political transformations, transitional justice, and constitutional adjudication.

Guillermo Antonio Tenorio Cueto
Professor Guillermo A. Tenorio Cueto received his B.A. and Ph.D. degrees in Law and a specialization in Philosophical Anthropology from Universidad Panamericana. Since 2001 he has worked at Universidad Panamericana on the CDMX campus, where he has held various management positions in the School of Law and the School of Government and Economics. He is a professor in the Schools of Government, Communication and the School of Law. He is currently Director of the School of Government and Economics. Member of the National System of Researchers, level 1. He has been recognized by the H. Chamber of Deputies in its LXII legislature, the I Congress of Mexico City. He serves as President of CITYAI and has been appointed member of the Legal Advisory Board of the Mexican Academy of Communication. Author, co-author, editor and coordinator of 17 books and has publications in scientific journals. His research interests are in freedom of information, privacy and data protection.

Francisco Vázquez Gómez Bisogno
Professor Francisco Vázquez Gómez Bisogno holds a PhD in Law from Universidad Panamericana. He is a National Researcher Level I of the SNI of CONACYT. Master in Constitutional Procedural Law, Master in Legal Sciences and Specialist in Amparo Proceedings.
He teaches Constitutional Theory and Mexican Constitutional Law at the Law School of Universidad Panamericana, Campus Mexico. He has been Director of the Postgraduate Program and currently serves as Academic Secretary of said School.
He is co-author of the book: Bioética y Aborto. Por una cultura de la vida (Trillas), and author of the books: La defensa del núcleo intangible de la Constitución, El Matrimonio y la Suprema Corte y Crisis constitucionales (Porrúa); El control de convencionalidad. Hacia una teoría de la argumentación convencional and El decálogo del jurista contemporáneo (Tirant Lo Blanch).
His research interests are constitutional law, constitutional procedure and human rights.
