Professor Manuel Soto Pérez received Master's degrees in Engineering from Universidad Panamericana in 2012 and PhD in Management from the Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara in 2017. Since 2017 he has been working at Universidad Panamericana in Guadalajara (Mexico), where he has since been a Research Professor in the School of Business. In addition, he is a member of the National System of Researchers, Candidate level (through the National Council of Science of Technology of Mexico). He has publications in scientific journals indexed in Scopus such as Business Process Management Journal, Journal of Happiness Studies, Accounting Education, Cybernetics and Systems, International Journal of Management in Education and International Journal of Educational Management. His research interests are in human resource development, positive psychology, and job performance.

Manuel Ocampo Ponce
Dr. Manuel Ocampo Ponce is a Dental Surgeon from Universidad Latinoamericana; Bachelor in Philosophy from Universidad La Salle; Master in Humanities and Doctor in Philosophy from UCIME in collaboration with the Fondation de Recherches et D'Editions de Philosophie Neohellenique of Athens; Master in Bioethics from Centro de Estudios e Investigaciones de Bioética CEIB; Doctor in Philosophy and Letters from Universidad Anáhuac del Sur, with studies in Theology at Universidad La Salle and Instituto Sapientia.
He is Associate Vice President for life of the Mexican Society of Philosophy; President of the International Society Thomas Aquinas-Mexico; Academician of number in the Hispano-American Academy of Sciences, Arts and Letters corresponding to the Royal Spanish; Research Professor of the Universidad Panamericana and Director of CEIB. Author of 7 books and more than 30 articles published in indexed journals. He is a member of the National System of Researchers. -

Luis Alberto Rosa Sierra
Professor Luis Alberto Rosa Sierra received a Master's degree in Product Design and Development from the University of Guadalajara (2002) and a PhD in Materials Science and Metallurgical Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (2008). He has been a professor at Universidad Panamericana since 2014, currently being the Head of the Academy of Design and Innovation of the Faculty of Engineering. He is a member of the National System of Researchers, level II. He has obtained the National Design Award "Diseña México MX" in 2016, 2020 and 2021 in the categories: Industrial Design: Hardware for electronic products and special award for the product with the greatest technological impact. He has publications in scientific journals indexed in Scopus such as: Healthcare, Advances in Industrial Design.

Leonardo Jesús Valdivia Parga
Professor Leonardo Valdivia Parga received the degrees of Master in Telecommunications and PhD in Applied Engineering from the University of Navarra in 20014 and 20017, respectively. During his M.S. and Ph.D. studies, he received the CONACYT Study Abroad Scholarship for his academic performance.
Since 2017 he works at Universidad Panamericana in Guadalajara (Mexico), where he has been Research Professor in the Faculty of Engineering. He is currently a member of the National System of Researchers, level 1. Graduated from the PhD with Cum Laude mention, he has participated in more than 10 industry-related projects during the last 4 years, winning the award designs Mexico in 2020 and 2021 to the project with the greatest technological impact. He has more than 30 publications in scientific journals indexed in Scopus. His research interests are: blockchain applications, safety critical systems, wireless networks and railroad systems.

Julio César Rosas Caro
Julio C. Rosas-Caro holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Technological Institute of Ciudad Madero. He earned his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Cinvestav at the National Polytechnic Institute (IPN) in 2009. He is a professor at the Universidad Panamericana Guadalajara (Mexico). He has been a visiting scholar at Michigan State University, the University of Colorado, Ontario Tech, and the University of Sheffield. He has published 70 articles in JCR-indexed journals and has 2,200 citations on Google Scholar. He is an associate/academic editor for the journals (i) IEEE Latin America Transactions, and (ii) International Transactions on Electrical Energy Systems. He has been invited to edit special issues of journals such as IET Power Electronics and Mathematics. His research interests include power electronics, DC-DC converters, AC-AC converters, FACTS devices, their applications, and numerical optimization. He is a Senior Member of the IEEE, a member of the IET, Sigma Xi, and the National System of Researchers of Mexico.

Juan Pablo Patiño Karam
Professor and researcher at the Universidad Panamericana , Guadalajara Universidad Panamericana . His research focuses on business strategy and value creation. He teaches courses on value creation and innovation in business models in various master’s programs, as well as strategic theory—with a specialization in strategy and digital transformation—in the doctoral program at the School of Economics and Business.
He currently serves as the director of graduate programs at this school.
Member of the National System of Researchers, Level 1. Co-author of the book Opportunities for Innovation and Sustainability in the Avocado and Avocado Derivatives Value Chain in Jalisco and Michoacán, Mexico, CIATEJ/Antonio Narro Autonomous Agrarian University, as well as various articles in scientific journals. He provides consulting services to companies and serves on the editorial board of the journal Scientia et PRAXIS.

Jacobo José Brofman Epelbaum
Dr. Jacobo José Brofman Epelbaum obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the Universidad Católica Boliviana "San Pablo" in 2007. Subsequently, the degree of Master in Neuropsychological Diagnosis and Rehabilitation from the Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla in 2011 and, finally, the degree of Doctor in Behavioral Sciences Neurosciences Orientation from the University of Guadalajara in 2017. He is a full time research professor at Universidad Panamericana since June 2018 to date. He is a researcher candidate of the National System of Researchers (SNI) since 2022. His line of research focuses on the development of higher psychological functions from a neuroconstructivist approach in both normality and psychopathology. He has publications in scientific journals indexed in Scopus such as The intenational journal of psychophisiology and Psiquiátrica Biológica.

Héctor Gabriel Dávalos Alejo
Héctor G. Dávalos Alejo es Ingeniero Civil Administrador y Maestro en Estructuras por la Universidad Panamericana (2009 y 2013). Además, es Doctor en Ingeniería Civil y Ambiental con énfasis en Ingeniería Sísmica por la Universidad de Stanford (2018).
Ha sido autor y coautor de más de 30 artículos de investigación en el área de Ingeniería Sísmica en revistas indexadas y congresos nacionales e internacionales.
Entre sus líneas de investigación se encuentran el desarrollo y evaluación de nuevas medidas de intensidad sísmica, la selección de registros de aceleración y el desarrollo de nuevos sistemas estructurales para la mitigación del riesgo sísmico.
Ha sido profesor en la Universidad Panamericana desde el 2018, impartiendo materias tanto en licenciatura como a nivel maestría. Entre las materias que ha impartido destacan: Ingeniería Sísmica, Diseño Avanzado de Estructuras de Acero, Peligro Sísmico y Diseño por Desempeño. -

Guillermo Sosa Gómez
Professor Guillermo Sosa Gómez received his Master's degree in Applied Mathematics from Universidad Central de Las Villas, Cuba and his PhD in Basic Mathematics from Centro de Investigaciones en Matemática, A.C.(CIMAT), Mexico. Since 2019 he has been working at Universidad Panamericana in Guadalajara (Mexico), where he has been Full Professor C in the Faculty of Economics and Business. He has publications in scientific journals indexed in Scopus such as Mathematics, Entropy, Journal of Information Security and Applications, Heliyon, Discrete Mathematics, Algorithms and Applications, Theoretical Computer Science, Computational Intelligence and Neuroscience, IEEE Access and Applied Sciences. His areas of research interests are Cryptography, Information Theory, Metaheuristics, Operations Research, Data Science, Intelligent Business.

Ingeniero Civil Administrador y de Maestro en Administración de la Construcción por la Universidad Panamericana Campus Guadalajara, ambos titulado con Mención Honorífica.
Doctor en Ciencias de la Ingeniería por la Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
Actualmente es Miembro del Sistema Nacional de Investigadores en México, Nivel 1.Profesor Investigador Titular D, la categoría más alta de nuestra institución.
Actualmente es Vicerrector en nuestro campus.
Anteriormente fungió como Decano de la Facultad de Ingeniería durante 6 años, y previamente fue Director de los Posgrados en Ingeniería.Otros estudios:
