“Scientific research is essential for updating clinical practice guidelines and designing effective prevention strategies, which are a set of recommendations that establish guidelines for disease management based on the best available evidence to date. Clinical practice and prevention do not operate in isolation; they constantly feed into one another,” he said.

Dr. Guadalupe Janette Furuzawa Carballeda, a Level “D” professor and researcher at the School of Health Sciences at the Universidad Panamericana 2021, emphasizes that this integration of science and clinical practice is essential to addressing the current challenges facing the healthcare sector:
“The program focuses on consolidating theoretical knowledge and integrating practical skills in healthcare professionals, enabling them to develop critical, analytical, basic, and clinical reasoning regarding evidence-based public health research, with a scientific and social approach—that is, ‘bench-to-bed’ research,” he emphasized.
