Ratio Decidendi: innovation and excellence in constitutional justice

Mexico City, November 26, 2024. Constitutional and conventional justice is key to strengthening democracy and the rule of law. In response to this need, the School of Law of the Universidad Panamericana has promoted the launching of Ratio Decidendi.

This journal differs from others launched some time ago by the School of Law, such as Legal Perspective y Ars Iuris, because it is an open access open access publication, completely digital and with a continuous publication model. These characteristics, together with its commitment to soon achieve indexing in international platforms such as Scopusmark a milestone in the dissemination of legal knowledge.

The journal aims to disseminate high quality research to improve the institutions of constitutional and conventional justice, fostering a fruitful dialogue among international scholars..
