Law School signs agreement with ICAB

ZAPOPAN, Jalisco; March 31, 2023. Bar Association of Barcelona (ICAB), Jesús Sánchez García (ICAB), Jesús Sánchez García, and the dean of the School of Law of the Universidad Panamericana campus GuadalajaraDr. Isabel Álvarez Peña have signed a collaboration agreement to develop joint actions in academic areas of mutual interest, such as teaching, research and dissemination of culture in the field of law.

ICAB and the University have signed an agreement to collaborate for the benefit of the legal community. The objective of the agreement is to develop various actions of an academic nature related to teaching, research and dissemination of culture in the field of law.

Law School signs agreement with ICAB

The agreement establishes the bases and mechanisms of cooperation between the signatory institutions to develop collaborative actions in academic areas of mutual interest. Among the activities to be carried out are courses, congresses, forums, seminars, conferences, workshops, round tables and in general all those aimed at diversifying the alternatives for specialization and updating of the legal community.

In addition, there will be an exchange of specialists and researchers to participate in outreach activities organized by each institution.

To carry out the follow-up of the agreement, a Follow-up Commission will be constituted, composed of one representative appointed by ICAB and another by Panamericana. The Commission will study the possibilities of collaboration within the framework of this agreement and will propose measures to achieve the purposes of the agreement.

The Universidad Panamericana celebrates this collaboration agreement, which will allow both institutions to strengthen their commitment to training and research in the field of law, which will benefit the legal community and society in general.
