Mexico City, June 20, 2023 - It is often said that to be a good leader, one must be able to lead oneself. The same applies if you are in a position to help someone. Having a solid foundation and prior knowledge will be fundamental in order to push and guide others correctly along the way.
Following this premise, the Advisory area of the SMART Center at Universidad Panamericana has launched new learning opportunities with the Basic Online Recruitment (CBO). A program aimed at university advisors with the objective of reinforcing the concepts and principles of advising to accompany students in their academic path.
Basic Online Recruitment
The Basic Online Recruitment is carried out jointly with the three campuses of the Universidad PanamericanaThe Basic Online Training is held jointly with the three campuses of the company: Aguascalientes, Mexico City and Guadalajara. Held as part of the training courses that make up, in Mexico City, the SMART Advisor Diplomawith curricular value.
Significant Transformation
During the last three years in Mexico City, almost 150 counselors have successfully strengthened concepts, acquired knowledge and prepared themselves in college counseling. Offering a comprehensive experience to students, from the process of adaptation and professional training, to the creation of a life plan that balances both spheres.
The main focus is empathy, which allows us to provide the best possible attention. This involves taking into account the difficulties and challenges of the students and, with this, ensuring that students know that their advisors will be on their side in any circumstance.
Advisory Campus Mexico invites all advisors to take this training and thanks the efforts of all those who are part of this advising ecosystem, which distinguishes Panamericana from other universities, cultivating successful life projects for the benefit of thousands of students.
