Juan Carlos has worked on several things such as the Free Trade Agreement, he was Mexico's representative to different regional and multilateral organizations as well as the World Trade Organization WTO, he obtained his degree in international trade at the Instituto Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey and has completed his higher studies in political economy at the University of Warwick in England and finally he is studying for his doctorate in business at the University of California, New York.
