The world of gastronomy
In this edition of the gastronomic and food preservation showcase, in addition to giving the opportunity to taste the dishes, the students selected a representative dish and applied various techniques to demonstrate the importance of preserving food and its flavor over time, as part of the food preservation course. This initiative shows the students' commitment to promoting sustainable and conscious practices in the culinary field.
These teams had the presence of renowned chefs, who served as judges to evaluate, with their experience and knowledge, the work of the students. The exhibition was also open to parents and the community in general, who had the opportunity to taste the dishes. As guests toured the stands, they were able to appreciate the careful presentation of the food and learn about the culinary traditions of each country represented.
"Be aware that all the effort you have made here and what you do day by day is the seed and the basis of what is going to be in your next professional life," shared Chef Alejandro Espinosa.
