Leadership Circles" were held at the facilities of the Universidad Panamericana Guadalajara. During this conference the topic of "Change Management and Business Resilience" was discussed, moderated by Roberto Mayorga, where two of the biggest challenges currently facing Mexico were addressed, on the one hand, that leaders achieve results in the short term, as well as the urgent need for transformation in our country. Alliances for the future
During this session, participants worked in multidisciplinary teams, realizing that a common objective is much more than the sum of isolated individual objectives, all within the time allotted by the moderator.
The workshop concluded with a discussion on the key stages of leadership: Create, Build, Sustain and Change.
