Mexico City, September 25, 2024.— In the fourth episode of Panamericana Emprende, a podcast from Universidad Panamericana, the founders of GOJI.MX, Marco Samuel López Benítez and Rafael Patino, both alumni of the Mexico campus, shared their experience in developing business solutions based on Artificial Intelligence (AI).
Interviewed by Denisse Vigueras, CEO of Fashion Law MX and COO of PindNET R&D, the young entrepreneurs offered an in-depth look at the process of creating their company and their innovative technological products.
Renata and Luisa: virtual assistants
Goji Technologies was born out of Samuel and Rafael's interest in artificial intelligence and their desire to transform business processes.
Its most notable project, Renata Business AI, began as a tool for scheduling medical appointments via WhatsApp, but quickly evolved into a virtual assistant for businesses. This technology automates responses and manages customer interactions, which has enabled various companies to improve their operational efficiency.
In addition to Renata, the following were also featured Luisa, a platform created in collaboration with COPARMEX Mexico City, designed to automate and optimize business processes through real-time data analysis. Both solutions are focused on increasing productivity without replacing human labor, but rather enhancing it through automation.
Technological Opportunities in the Mexican Market
During the interview, Samuel and Rafael highlighted the challenges of working with generative AI models, such as improving response times and the accuracy of interactions.
However, their vision is clear: to continue developing solutions that integrate voice, video, and real-time analytics technologies to provide even more powerful and customized tools for businesses.
