A space for academic dialogue and cross-campus collaboration
Over the course of two days, the conference established itself as a forum for analysis, reflection, and collaboration among researchers from the Aguascalientes, Guadalajara, Mexico City, and Santa Fe campuses, as well as from the IPADE Business School. The event fostered the exchange of ideas, constructive criticism, and the formation of international scientific networks.
The event featured a carefully designed academic program aimed at fostering reflection, constructive criticism, and the development of world-class research projects. The program included a workshop open to all participants and three specialized working groups, during which presentations were given and received feedback from internationally renowned guest chairs.
In addition, the main objective of this event was to strengthen the academic community at the Universidad Panamericana, promote cross-campus collaboration, and open participation to other national and international institutions, thereby establishing the university as a leader in high-impact research.

One of the highlights of the event was the workshop led by Dr. Christian Tröster, associate editor of the journal Academy of Management Journal (Q1 and a global leader in the field of management), who shared key strategies for developing high-quality academic articles and getting them published in high-impact scientific journals.

In addition, the best presentations at the conference were recognized with the opportunity to submit their work through a fast-track process to Scopus-indexed journals partnering with the event, thereby providing a valuable platform for the international dissemination of research conducted at the university.
The program also included networking and social events designed to foster academic dialogue among participants. From the feedback sessions at the working groups to the breaks in the academic schedule, every moment helped strengthen collaboration and the exchange of ideas.
