December 5, 2023.— For the fourth consecutive year, the Universidad Panamericana appears in the GreenMetric Ranking with excellent results worldwide.This ranking, based on sustainability and environmental stewardship, was created by the University of Indonesia in 2010. Every December, the university publishes the results of the GreenMetric World University Rankings, which evaluates and ranks universities around the world based on their commitment and performance in terms of environmental sustainability and eco-friendly practices.
Evaluation Criteria
GreenMetric is based on an online survey that universities must complete to provide information about their environmental practices and performance.
This survey takes into account 39 indicators, grouped into six distinct criteria that are fundamental to the evaluation of institutions:infrastructure, waste management, water conservation, transportation, education and research, energy efficiency, and climate change.

Universidad Panamericana has stood out in this ranking both nationally and internationally, ranking among the top 120 institutions worldwide and standing out as the best private university in Mexico.
These statistics highlight the Panamericana’s level of social commitment to environmental issues. The university has focused on providing the university community with an environment conducive to personal growth as people of integrity, while also promoting the well-being of the environment and the surrounding community.
