ZAPOPAN, Jalisco; March 7, 2023.— Martha Rodríguez Arocha, a native of Guadalajara, Jalisco, and a proud alumna of the Bachelor’s Program in Business Administration and Finance, has been part of the Universidad Panamericana 16 years and currently serves as General Secretary of the Guadalajara Campus.

In his current position, he oversees administrative processes, ensuring that the work of the Campus Board of Directors is properly monitored in coordination with other institutional bodies. In addition, this department oversees the Office of Institutional Communications, Student Services, and Human Resources, as well as the Office of Accreditation and Certification.
At the same time, she works as a professor at the Academy of Finance within the School of Business; she holds a master’s degree in Government Accounting and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Financial Sciences. As a result of being part of the Universidad Panamericana, Martha Rodríguez expresses her enthusiasm for joining the faculty and her passion for teaching, while also noting how pleased she is to contribute to supporting the campus’s strategic decisions.

The spirit of service
In his free time, he enjoys spending time at home with his family, as well as socializing with friends, exercising, and reading.
The motto that drives Martha Rodríguez’s work philosophy is“Do your best to serve others.” For her, it is of the utmost importance to face challenges, knowing that with organization, one can achieve a great deal.
