Martha Rodríguez Arocha, a native of Guadalajara, Jalisco , and proud alumni of the Bachelor's Degree in Administration and Finance, has been a member of Universidad Panamericana for 16 years and currently serves as General Secretary of the Guadalajara Campus.

In his current position, he is responsible for the governance processes, as well as for monitoring the work of the Campus Board of Directors in synergy with the other institutional bodies. In addition, this area is responsible for the direction of Institutional Communication, School Services and Personnel Management, as well as the management of Accreditations and Certifications.

At the same time, she teaches at the Finance Academy of the Business School, has a Master's degree in Controlling and is currently pursuing a PhD in Financial Sciences. As a result of being part of the Universidad PanamericanaMartha Rodríguez comments on her enthusiasm for being a part of the chair and her enjoyment of teaching, without forgetting how she is pleased to contribute to the support of the strategic decisions of the Campus.

In his free time, he enjoys spending time at home and with his family, as well as fostering friendships, exercising and reading.

The phrase that drives the work philosophy of Mtra. Martha Rodriguez is "Doing things as best as possible to serve." For her, it is of great importance to face challenges, knowing that with order you can achieve a lot.

The advice he gives to the community is to take advantage of the opportunities that Panamericana offers both in the classroom and in university life, in order to improve as a person, form great friendships, and ultimately contribute to a better world.
