The NHH ICC 2025, organized by the Norwegian School of Economics in Bergen, brought together 12 undergraduate teams from prestigious institutions in countries such as Denmark, Germany, the United States, Hong Kong, Thailand, the Philippines, Canada, Norway, and Mexico.
The team consisted of the following students: José Alonso López Alonso, Juan Pablo Carabes Gaspar, Diego Garfias Godinez, and Andrea María Hernández Villalobos, as well as the advisor from the School of Economics and Business, Aldo Alfieri, M.A.

The competition took place in two key stages:

Students were tasked with designing solutions focused on sustainable growth, the adoption of new technologies, operational efficiency, and improving the customer experience, in an environment shaped by digitalization and changing consumer behavior.
“Both cases gave participants the opportunity to apply their knowledge of business, marketing, sustainability, technology, and strategy under real-time pressure,”, says Aldo Alfieri, professor and team advisor.
In the 2025 edition, the challenges were presented by Greentech Innovators, a company specializing in sustainable technologies, and Elkjøp, one of Scandinavia’s largest electronics retailers.

The proposals were evaluated by a jury of international executives, consultants, and academics, marking the successful debut of the Universidad Panamericana Aguascalientes Universidad Panamericana in this global competition and laying a solid foundation for future participation.
